Thanks to the power of the internet, there may be a debate of the candidates you never hear about on the boob tube. Although Obama and McCain will be invited too, you can bet they won't be appearing. But there are other candidates who have fought to get on enough ballots that they could theorectically win the election. Don't let anyone convince you that voting for someone else is a waste of your vote. I know of many people who actually agree much more with Bob Barr, but are afraid to vote their conscience. If you were against the trillion dollar bail out, you might want to vote for Bob Barr. He opposed it, while our valiant leaders loaded up a bill with pork, and voted against their constituents. If you only vote Republican or Democrat, and refuse to even consider another party, you help perpetuate the problem.
Even though I won't be voting for Nader, I saw him speak the other day. I can only imagine how much fun it would be to see him debate Obama and McCain. I think he would out-perform them easily, and I don't even agree with him. Oh well, Big Brother doesn't want it, so it won't happen.
